Student Contract for Elite CDL Driving School
Elite CDL School corporation, with its principal place of business at 716 W Maple St, Wichita KS 67213
WHEREAS School desires to provide instruction leading to a Commercial Driver's License (CDL), and the student desires to enroll in such instruction.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises and the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Enrollment and Instruction
1.1 Student agrees to enroll in the Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) program at CDL Elite School.
1.2 School agrees to provide classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel training in accordance with the curriculum approved by the Kansas Department of Revenue.
1.3 Student acknowledges that successful completion of the program does not guarantee issuance of aCDL.
2. Student Responsibilities
2.1 Student agrees to:
* Attend all scheduled classes and training sessions.
* Arrive on time and prepared for instruction.
* Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
* Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor.
* Meet all prerequisites for CDL testing, including a valid driver's license, medical certification, and written knowledge test.
* Pay all tuition and fees by the due date.
3. School Responsibilities
3.1 School agrees to:
* Provide qualified instructors with commercial driving experience.
* Maintain vehicles that meet all CDL training standards.
* Assist students in preparing for the CDL skills test.
* Offer opportunities for additional practice (may incur additional fees).
4. Termination
4.1 School may terminate this agreement and withhold issuance of a course completion certificate if
Student:
* Fails to comply with the terms of this agreement.
* Exhibits disruptive or unsafe behavior.
* Fails to meet academic or skill requirements.
4.2 No Refund Policy - Tuition and Fees
Elite CDL School maintains a strict no refund policy for all tuition and fees. This policy applies to all programs and courses offered by the school.
We encourage potential students to carefully consider their financial commitment before enrolling.
Here are some reasons for this policy:
• Fixed Costs: The school incurs significant costs in delivering instruction, regardless of a student's individual attendance. These costs include faculty salaries, classroom resources, and administrative support.
• Commitment to Completion: We believe that a strong commitment to the program is essential for student success. A no-refund policy encourages students to see their program through to completion.
By enrolling in a program at Elite CDL School, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this no refund policy.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
School makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding Student's ability to obtain a CDL.
6. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas
8. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
